Lived in Scheveningen at the end of the 70ties (I believe for about 1 1/2 years)in a huge old house.
ReplyDeleteWhen opening the back door one stood at the beach. Unfortunately, these houses have long been gone and replaced by apartment building:(

ReplyDeleteZo'n oud gemaal is altijd een bezoek waard en levert zeker mooie plaatjes op, zoals de foto van dat raampje bijvoorbeeld.
ReplyDeleteVoor een strandwandeling is het me nog net wat te fris momenteel, ik wacht wel tot we blootsvoets langs de waterlijn kunnen slenteren.
