The Covid-war of 2020

One day, people will look back at the period in history known as the Covid-pandemic. When over 1,3 million people died and millions more became incapacitaded from a disease that looked like the flu but was much more contagious and far more lethal than influenza. Perhaps they will even refer to it as 'The Covid-War' and governments will ask then senior citizens how they survived. Here's one of those future people:

What will you say - if you survive - to future generations? Were you part of the resistance? Were you a hero? Did you collaborate with the enemy? Did you inspire others to fight alongside you? Did you try to ignore what was happening and lead an as normal as possible life? Did you go into hiding, hoping it all would end soon? Did you call the police to anonymously tell them your neighbours broke the rules? Did you do everything in your power to save your children and other loved ones? Did you fight someone over the last roll of toilet paper? Did you become depressed because you had to drink beer at home instead of in a bar and you had already seen every show on Netflix?

In other words: how would you like your grandchildren to remember you?

You may want to think about it.
