Skywatch Friday

Thank you all (and a special thanks tot the Skywatch-team!) for all your nice comments on last week's entry, when I was chosen Guest Host of the week!

Here are some other shots:

On my way to see my doctor, taken on the day my mom had her 74th birthday:

This used to be a church and is now a place where workshops and lectures are given as well as a theatre and a cafe/restaurant. On top of that, my Ph.D. has her practice in it. Bit out of focus, I'm afraid...(But I loved those clouds!)

This building is just outside the city centre and is a place where out of town visitors can park their cars. Right next to it is a bus station and a tramstop from where people can go directly either to central station of Leidseplein-square or wherever. Basically.

This might well be Amsterdam's youngest canal and is located at IJburg, the city's youngest district

Note: Every SWF-picture published here is shot with my trusty Nokia N93 mobile phone and is unedited. For more Skywatch Friday photo's from around the globe, please check http://skyley.blogspot.com/

Je hebt er een mooi gevarieerd logje van gemaakt vandaag, Terrence. Pure PR voor Amsterdam zo met die mooie, zomers aandoende luchten boven de stad.
Maak er een mooi weekend van!

Great skies and great buildings. I like that you do not edit them. I do not, either. Be sure to visit My Muskoka ! Very different from your landscape!
